This morning Kerilyn & I successfully dragged Annie out of bed by 8 a.m. (NOT that she was happy about it…), & we were on the beach by 8:30 ☺ it was a beautiful morning. I can't believe it's already the fourth day of being here! We came back to the condo a couple hours later to get dressed up to go downtown. As we were getting ready, it started downpouring, of course. It didn’t rain for long, so we still decided to make the trek to town.
We did a lot of shopping & got beeped at a lot- I guess we really ARE just that good looking. We stopped to get drinks on the way- I didn’t even get carded, but the bartender was shocked Annie was 21, not 12. I’ve decided that Margaritaville is a MUST for later in the week- they even have a water slide IN the restaurant. Side note, the ocean is gorgeous from every point on the island. We took an incessant amount of pictures.
As we were walking back, of course it started raining in torrents. It didn’t stop the beeping however- the fact that I was wearing a white shirt probably didn’t help our cause. OH and we saw a dead iguana on the side of the road. That was fun.
We finally got back, showered, & hung out for a little before I started dinner- BBQ chicken & the largest F’ing baked potatoes ever. OBVIOUSLY it was good- are you noticing a trend yet? Tonight, we have absolutely zero clue what we’re doing- the sun has come back out, however. Stay tuned ☺
